[size=4]很多人多认为赤小豆、薏米是祛.湿的首选,但薏米寒凉,要炒熟后才行。而且说实话,我真的有点喝不惯薏米的味道~[/size]

[size=4]芡实——被称为“水中人参”,可以健.脾.益.气.渗.湿,也可以补.肾.固. 精。[/size]
[size=4]莲子——养心健脾,对胃肠有维护效果,可增强人体免疫机能。[/size]
[size=4]茯苓——《神农本草经》中列为上品,具有补脾止泻、祛.湿的好处。[/size]
[size=4]淮山药——山药被称为“脾 胃第一补”补中,益气力。[/size]
[size=4]太子参——具有益.气.健.脾,生.津.润.肺的好处。[/size]
[size=4](这方子是医生开的哦)里面加些红枣还能增加一丝丝甜味,再加上鸡骨熬出的肉香。[/size]
[size=4]在健.脾.祛.湿的同时也兼顾了好喝!这道汤里我没加盐,因为有天然的鲜甜味,如果喜欢喝有味道一点的,可以加些盐哦~[/size]
