1.包菜洗净切丝,泡好的粉丝剪2寸段,肉切薄片,木耳红椒切丝,姜蒜切片,葱切段

2.炒锅放油入肉片,小火炒至肉出油,待半透明状微卷曲捞出

10.出锅装盘小贴士
我用的龙口粉丝一小把,包菜用温水加点盐多泡一会儿去农药。油稍多一些。加盐后蔬菜会出水,放粉丝后不用加水了。
