1.鸡胸肉洗净切四方块。

2.放盐、料酒入味,加淀粉拌匀。

3.黄瓜洗净切丁。

1、自己炸的花生米味道会更好一些。
2、花生米一定要在最后下锅,以免长时间在锅内翻炒,影响花生米的酥脆感。
