1.准备食材

2.五花肉夹去猪毛、清洗干净放凉水锅中,加葱段、姜片、大料和料酒煮

3.开锅后将浮沫撇净,继续煮

4.煮至用筷子能扎透肉皮,将肉捞出,稍微放凉

6.锅里放少量油,下入肉片煸炒

煮好的肉凉了更好切一些;郫县豆瓣酱里有盐分,我这道菜没有加盐,亲可根据自家口味来定是否再加盐;想要汤汁可加些花椒水;配菜断生即可。
