1.去鱼骨

2.片鱼片

3.加一个蛋清,淀粉,盐。。。腌制一会儿

4.盘底铺上生菜

6.油烧热,加入沛县豆瓣酱两大勺,六月香豆瓣酱两大勺,老干妈风味豆豉两大勺,海底捞麻辣香锅一小勺,爱吃辣的可以多放麻辣香锅料。。。炒制红油

7.加水烧开

13.撒上香菜小贴士
1.腌制鱼片一定要加盐,否则下锅会散 2.腌制时间不要过长,肉质容易变老 3.油要烧热,不然泼上去不香
